How to optimize your internet connection using Dr. TCP

Dr. TCP is a very useful tool and a shortcut into your registry that optimizes your internet connectivity and it’s working with Win95/98/98se/ME/2K/XP and also with Window 7. The cool thing about this is that you don’t have to install anything, just click the executable file then just key in the configuration then save and exit and that’s it.

But before doing so, I advise you to have some speed test first. You could visit SPEEDTEST, and then compare the “before and after” speed of your Internet Connection.

PS: I tried the above configuration with Philcom DSL and it really works for me. I also did found a configuration for Globe Wimax.

Globe Wimax

Just leave Dial Up, Max Duplicate ACK and TTL blank. Then restart computer for changes to take effect.

For further explanation about Dr.TCP and its function you could visit this SITE.

And a simple reminder, ALWAYS do backup before making changes. :)
